Landlord Not To Increase Rent

Dear [NAME, ex. Tom Atkinson],
I am writing in regards to the recent change of rent prices. I do appreciate living in your property but I believe my budget cannot handle a rental increase at this time. I really do not want to move properties due to my budget being limited and my options are limited.
If I have to move out, it will undoubtedly take all of my savings for deposit and I would require my deposit back from you which will likely have a 30 day delay on your property. The 30 day delay will mean you may lose out on the rental amount which can be avoided.
I acknowledge the new rental [NEW RENTAL PRICE] is probably necessary. Can you please reconsider this increase? If this is maybe due to an issue regarding the tenancy of your property then I would be more than happy to discuss those issues with you and correct them.
[YOUR NAME, ex. Tony Montana]
